How to Become a HolaDrive Pilot
Ready to drive with HolaDrive? Becoming a Pilot (our name for drivers) is simple, supportive, and designed with you in mind. Follow the steps below and start earning on your terms — with a platform built on Care, Safety, and Respect.
Step 1: Sign Up
Head to our Driver Sign-Up Page and create your account.
All you need to get started is:
A valid phone number
A working email address
A strong password
Once you sign up, you’ll get access to your personal driver dashboard.
Step 2: Submit Your Documents
To keep our community safe and compliant, we’ll need:
A valid driver’s license
Vehicle registration and insurance documents
A recent vehicle photo
A photo of you for your driver profile
Upload everything through the app or driver dashboard — it only takes a few minutes.
Step 3: Background Check
We take safety seriously. Every HolaDrive Pilot goes through a background screening to ensure a respectful and reliable ride for all.
What we check:
Driving record
Criminal background
Identity verification
This usually takes 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified once you’re cleared.
Step 4: Vehicle Inspection
Your car must meet our basic safety and comfort standards. If you haven’t done an inspection recently, we’ll help you schedule one or submit proof of a recent approved inspection.
Basic requirements:
4-door vehicle in good condition
No major cosmetic damage
Working seatbelts, lights, brakes, and air conditioning
Step 5: Onboarding & Training
Once approved, you’ll be invited to complete our short onboarding — either in-app or via video.

Tips for great service
Earning strategies and safety practices
Step 6: Start Driving
You’re ready! Turn on driver mode, accept your first ride, and start earning.
You’ll get paid weekly, and you can track everything inside the app.
