For Riders
How do I book a ride?
Just open the HolaDrive app, set your pickup and destination, choose your service level, and confirm.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes! You can pre-book rides for peace of mind — perfect for airport runs or early meetings.
How can I contact my driver?
Once your ride is confirmed, you can call or message your driver directly through the app.
What if I left something in the car?
Use the app to report a lost item, and we’ll help connect you with your driver.
How are fares calculated?
Fares depend on distance, time, and local demand. You’ll always see the estimated price before confirming the ride.
For Drivers (Pilots)
How do I become a HolaDrive Pilot?
Easy! Go to Driver Sign-Up Page, upload your documents, pass a background check, and you’ll be on the road in no time.

What documents do I need?
You’ll need:
A valid driver’s license
Vehicle registration
Insurance
A recent photo of your car and yourself
How do I get paid?
Earnings are transferred weekly via direct deposit. You can track everything in your HolaDrive app.
Can I choose when to work?
Yes! You’re in control — drive whenever you want, as often as you want.
Safety & Support
Are drivers background checked?
Yes. All HolaDrive Pilots go through multi-step background and driving history checks before they can offer rides.
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously and only use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
