Driver Agreement
Welcome, Hola Pilot — you’re not just driving. You’re building trust.
This Driver Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms between you (“Driver” or “Pilot”) and HolaDrive Inc. (“HolaDrive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you offer transportation services via our platform.
By signing up as a HolaDrive Pilot, you agree to follow the terms below.
1. Eligibility & Onboarding
To drive with HolaDrive, you must:
Be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license and all required permits
Own or have access to a properly registered and insured vehicle
Pass a background check and vehicle inspection
Complete onboarding and training (online or in-person)
We reserve the right to reject or deactivate accounts that do not meet our standards or legal requirements.
2. Independent Contractor Status
By joining HolaDrive, you acknowledge that:
You are not an employee of HolaDrive
You operate as an independent contractor
You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and expenses
You control your own schedule, availability, and routes
3. Use of the App
You agree to:
Use the HolaDrive app only to connect with passengers
Keep your profile and documents up to date
Respond to ride requests promptly and courteously
Use navigation safely and legally
4. Driver Conduct & Safety
We’re a community built on Care | Safety | Respect.
As a Pilot, you must:
Drive safely, obey traffic laws, and avoid distractions
Treat every Rider with courtesy and respect
Never discriminate based on race, gender, disability, or background
Keep your vehicle clean, roadworthy, and smoke-free
Immediately report any accidents or safety issues
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate our community standards or endanger others.
5. Earnings & Payments
You’ll earn for every completed ride, minus HolaDrive’s service fee (shown in-app).
Payments are processed weekly or as otherwise agreed.
Bonuses, tips, and incentives may apply and are paid separately.
You are responsible for tracking and declaring your income to tax authorities.
6. Account Suspension or Deactivation
Your account may be temporarily or permanently deactivated if:
You violate this Agreement
Riders report unsafe or inappropriate behavior
You fail to pass updated background checks or vehicle inspections
You are inactive for an extended period
We reserve the right to act immediately in the interest of safety.
7. Privacy & Data Use
We respect your data.
Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Changes to This Agreement
HolaDrive may update this Agreement from time to time. We’ll notify you through the app or email. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
