Rider Agreement

Welcome to HolaDrive — by using our service, you agree to ride with respect.

This Rider Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between you (the “Rider”) and HolaDrive Inc. (“HolaDrive”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you use the HolaDrive mobile app, website, or any of our ride services.

By booking a ride with HolaDrive, you agree to follow this Agreement.


1. Using HolaDrive Services

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Provide accurate account information (name, phone, payment method, etc.).

  • Use the service for lawful, personal transportation only.

  • Treat your driver and vehicle with respect and care.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or behave in a way that puts others at risk.


2. Booking a Ride

When you request a ride:

  • You agree to pay the fare shown at the time of booking.

  • You must be ready at the pickup location.

  • If you cancel after a certain time or don’t show up, a cancellation fee may apply.


3. Payment

  • All rides are paid via the HolaDrive app using your chosen payment method.

  • Prices may vary based on location, traffic, demand, or time of day.

  • You’ll receive a receipt after each ride.


4. Your Conduct

We’re a community built on respect. Riders must:

  • Refrain from abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Avoid damaging the vehicle or leaving a mess.

  • Follow local laws during the ride (e.g., seatbelt use).

We reserve the right to restrict access to our platform in case of inappropriate conduct.


5. Safety

Your safety is our priority.
Please:

  • Verify the vehicle and driver before entering.

  • Wear your seatbelt at all times.

  • Use in-app safety tools (share trip, emergency contact, etc.).

If you feel unsafe, end the trip and report it to us immediately.


6. Account Suspension

HolaDrive may suspend or deactivate your account if:

  • You breach this Agreement

  • You engage in fraud or unsafe behavior

  • You misuse the app or services


7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information only to deliver and improve your experience.


8. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email.
