What We Do to Keep You Safe

We don’t let just anyone behind the wheel. Every Hola Pilot goes through:

  • Multi-step identity verification

  • Criminal record and background checks

  • Driving history review

  • In-person or video onboarding

✅ Real-Time Trip Monitoring

Our system tracks trips in real time for added accountability. If something feels off, we’re notified.

✅ Emergency Features

Need help? You can:

  • Contact emergency services (911) directly from the app

  • Share your live trip status with friends or family

  • Enable in-app voice recording (coming soon)

  • Reach out to our support team with one tap

✅ Respect-First Community Guidelines

Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Discrimination of any kind

  • Unsafe or reckless behavior

Violations can result in permanent removal from the platform.

  • Report any concerns — we take every report seriously and act quickly
